We stand behind the tape that we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within three months of purchase. Goat Tape’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time.
Returning or Exchanging Items
You can return or exchange purchases made from Goat Tape’s website by mail, by sending back your products to the address below. You must have a proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or member purchase history) for all returns and exchanges. Goat Tape reserves the right to refuse or limit the number of returns permitted without valid receipts.
If your returned product is no longer in stock, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, you may elect to exchange your product for that of a different color or variety, or we will refund your form of payment for the purchase amount.
Returns and Exchanges by Mail
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Goat Tape is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
To return or exchange an order by mail:
- Please e-mail your proof of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a description of what you are returning.
- Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance to the following address:

If the product is being returned for an exchange, Goat Tape will ship the new product to the customer within 10 business days of receipt of the defect products. Tracking information for the new shipment will be sent to the e-mail address provided when making the return. The original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return or exchange.
These remedies are your exclusive remedies. All other remedies are hereby excluded. All warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded. The exclusions herein are subject to and may be limited by applicable law and you may have additional rights that vary from state to state.
