Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

At Goat Tape, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you'd like to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order

We do not accept returns on used products, items marked final sale, or bulk wholesale orders unless defective.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@goattape.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Exchanges

Need a different product? We’re happy to process an exchange for items that meet our return conditions. Please contact info@goattape.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, let us make it right. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. We’ll issue a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error. 

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable once artwork or tape specifications have been approved and production has begun.

If you’re interested in placing a custom tape order, please contact us at info@goattape.com, to discuss pricing, MOQs, lead times, and branding options. We will provide a digital proof for your approval before production.

Damaged or defective items will be reviewed for refund or replacement. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photographic evidence.

International Orders

Goat Tape ships worldwide! Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by destination and may be impacted by local customs processing.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees and any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.

  • International orders are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, but customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
